Printable Cornell Notes Paper

The Cornell note-taking template: a narrow left cue column for questions and keywords, a wide right column for notes, and a summary band across the bottom. A proven layout for lectures and active review.

Take notes in the right column during class, add cue questions on the left afterward, then write a one- or two-line summary at the bottom to lock in recall.

To print: set the options above, then hit Print — the sheet fills a standard US Letter page at true scale, so a 1/4-inch square really measures 1/4 inch. To save a PDF instead: pick "Save as PDF" as the printer in the print dialog. Everything except the paper is stripped from the printout.
